I have been in charge of technology purcahses, including T1 SMDS lines (13), for the Bucks County Library Network for over ten years.

What I hope to learn:

Learn what specific types oof equipment are eligible for FCC discounts and best way to bid them to well qualified vendors on the Internet.

I also need to learn how to connect with Link to Learn for the purcahse of needed Pentium PC workstations and network- able, high speed HP laser printers.
