My experience in this area:

MCOL is an organization that provides referral, tutor training, staff development, and technological support services for more than 200 adult literacy agencies in Philadelphia. The discounts could be very beneficial to those programs and the adult students they serve.

What I hope to learn:

We hope to find ways to extend the discounts to adult education programs that are not affiliated with libraries or schools.
