Serve as President of the Board of the Alliance for Public Technology, offices in Washington, D.C. , with approximately 300 organizational and individual members.

What I hope to learn:

How the discounts can be used to aggregate demand to directly benefit the residents and businesses of a community, etc., not just the libraries and schools
