I have been involved in developing relationships with school districts and other non-profits for internet services. Also, as a phone service reseller, I can provide insights from this perspective.

What I hope to learn:

Twofold - to assist school districts in taking advantage of the educational telecommunications rates as well as become more familiar with how the regulations will apply to colleges and universities that resell services.
