My experience in this area:

I am currently coodinating the transition of building LANs to a district WAN. I have already "invented the wheel" on many of the issues that will face other entities as they prepare to take advantage of the USF.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to learn how to better prepare Gettysburg to "run the rapids" of the USF from the technology plan submission to the national bid board to the awarding of funds. I also hope to share my experience in building LAN/WAN and telephony services in a school district.
