How I heard about Universal Service: Pennsylvania: personal e-mail message

My experience in this area:

I am working with ten public libraries as they produce their first ever technology plans. We all have much to learn from each other.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to learn the latest news on Universal Service and how it will benefit public libraries.

Additional comments:

There seems to be much confusion and uncertainty surrounding the Universal Service telecommunication discounts. This seminar sounds like the perfect antidote.
