My experience in this area:

When the Beaver County Library System member libraries received computers through the Online @ PA Libraries Grant, it fell on me to get connectivity for them and to negotiate the best price possible.

What I hope to learn:

They best way to take advantage of the discount rates for the libraries in the Beaver County Library System. I am particularly interested in how the libraries should align themselves to get the best rate possible because we have a great diversity of school lunch program levels.
