How I heard about Universal Service: Pennsylvania: personal e-mail message

My experience in this area:

As librarian for a small rural public library, I can share the needs of libraries like ours. Hopefully myself and others in similar positions can help make this process less overwhelmimg for the small library.

What I hope to learn:

We hope to learn how to apply for the Universal Serivce discounts and gain a better understanding of how the discounts will work.

Additional comments:

At this point the whole program and application process sounds very complicated for a small public library. Also, form my limited information at this point, it sounds like small public libraries will have limited benefit for the amount of work involved. I hope this seminar will clear-up some of this confusion.
