My experience in this area:

I am the project director for the Link-to-Learn Technology Testbed project "KCnet: The Fiber Model for Rural Connectivity". This project is connecting 6 school districts, a vo-tech school and a state university and a non-profit community via fiber optics. Delivery will include voice, 10mb data and uncompressed video to each participant.

What I hope to learn:

How to take advantage of USF for the benefit of our north central PA consortium.
