My experience in this area:

As Director of the Library Development Office, I have closely followed developments in the Universal Service telecommunications discount program. Our Office is committed to ensuring all eligible Pennsylvania libraries get the discounts they need and to which they are entitled.

What I hope to learn:

Specifically I would like to know of any new guidelines for writing and approving the required technology plans. I am also interested in any news of a revised timeline for implementation of the discounts: when will the administrator be hired? when will applications forms be available? when will they be due? how will approved applications be linked with approved plans when they are being sent and approved by different entities?
