My experience in this area:

I am the consultant librarian to 16 public libraries in Southwestern Pennsylvania. I am familar with their needs and concerns about Universal Service, and will express them.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to become more familar with all aspects of Universal Service, in particular, I want to gain information which can help the small libraries in the district formulate and articulate their needs and plans for using technology.
