My experience in this area:

I am directly in charge of all technology planning for the district including the development of the LAN's and WAN for 15 buildings. We currently have LAN's in place for most buildings and 6 are on the WAN with others to be added this year.

What I hope to learn:

Additional information regarding what is covered under the E-Rate and how (purchase, lease of service, both ). Most importantly I need to know if voice network internal hardware such as PBX equipment is covered since it is necessary to get this technology directly to the classroom. While hubs and routers are specifically mentioned in the legislation, no one seems to be able to give me a definitive answer on the voice network hardware.
