My experience in this area:

I work with twenty-five school districts in south central Pa. I put most of them on the Internet last year. The USF will enable us to implement Internet in more school buildings throughout the IU. The districts are looking to me for guidance on the USF.

What I hope to learn:

As much information as possible so I can advise our school districts on the best possible way to take advantage of the USF>
