How I heard about Universal Service: Pennsylvania: word of mouth

My experience in this area:

I serve as the education representative to the PUC Universal Service Task Force as well as coordinate EdLiNC PA, a coalition of 15 state education and library associations.

What I hope to learn:

I hope gain a better sense of how well educators and administrators in PA are prepared to apply for discounts. Also, I am anxious to learn what are their main questions or problem areas so we as an association and coalition know how to better present the program.
