E-rate and Link-to-Learn

Is it possible to use a portion of Link-to Learn funds as part of the school's 
share when applying for e-rate discounts?  If the answer is yes - are there 
any suggestions how to address this in the Link-to-Learn application?  (Should 
the Link-to-Learn application address both scenario's - what it will do if the 
school qualifies or doesn't qualify for e-rate discounts?)
