My experience in this area:

I am a Research Associate for a University with applied research experience in planning and economic development. I have served as consultant to many local governments and community organizations. Our goal is to develop internet access and technical assistance to community organizations. I can contribute to the discussion based on a continued interest to serve the public and based on my experience.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to learn better ways to serve the public by bringing technology to the underserved population that normally would not have access.
