By email from other government employyes who are working with HUD's Neighborhood Networks computer learning centers.

My experience in this area:

Currently working with computer learning centers and educators regarding programs for adults as well as kids.

What I hope to learn:

I would like to see some of the government funds be provided to charter schools or certified educational organizations other than public schools. Will U.S. Dept. of HUD's Neighborhoood Networks learning centers be eligible for some of the government funds?
