My experience in this area:

I am trained in the geosciences/urban planning and I am working toward certification in secondary education. I have ten years experience in geographic information systems planning and applications.

What I hope to learn:

Would like to find out how issues of equitable access for poor, rural families is affecting the expanded use of the internet in poorer school districts.
