My experience in this area:

1.My educational position is district librarian in a K-8 school district. 2.I am involved in a doctoral degree (dissertation)in the School of Computers and Information Science, Nova University, Ft. Lauderdale FL. 3. I am project director of WAGON, a network connecting the school districts of the Antelope Valley in Southern CA. 4. I represent others of our area who are more qualified, and who have collaborated in the submission.

What I hope to learn:

Our collaborative group is concerned about the future of the student and how they can be better prepared for the job market upon graduation. It is our desire to learn all we can about the FCC and Telecom Act so the student will not be at a disadvantage because of the school leadership.
