Program Mangager for technical services, nine local networks (schools and district office)tied together with a fiber optic WAN, four proxy servers on WAN (two schools each) fed by a T1 internet connection.

What I hope to learn:

Encourage the implementation of low cost telecommunication access for schools and libraries.
