My experience in this area:

I have worked for four years to create a computer research facility in our high school library. We recently received a state grant to bring internet access to the facility.

What I hope to learn:

We hope to gather information that can help up gain internet access. That is, reduce our cost. Additionally, procure information to assist us in creating the best possible environment for the students.
