My experience in this area:

I have been the person at our district responsible for setting up the wide-area network for all of our school sites, and I am the person that works with the telephone company, outside consultants related to telecommunications, etc.

What I hope to learn:

learn everything I can about the telecommunications act, and what opportunities or changes may be developing that will assist our school district
