My experience in this area:

Work as a media consultant for the School of Education, and as such I am in constant touch with the issues and technologies surrounding K-higher ed.. I am also a new school board member for a local school district and have consulted with several other districts on uses of technology in K-12 classrooms.

What I hope to learn:

A better understanding of how the federal government sees its role in technology implimentation in K-12 and local communities and how to network with other sources of information.
