We are currently working on the Universal Service docket at the FCC. We have submitted a proposal for connecting all the nation's schools and libraries to the Internet, "Connecting Students and Teachers to the Internet: An MCI Proposal"

What I hope to learn:

We hope to learn what others are doing, the current state of thinking with respect to universal service and education, where there are areas of consensus, where there are areas of disagreement, and where there are areas that warrent further study.
