I heard about the seminar through the LM_Net Listserv for school library media specialists. school library media specialists.

My experience in this area:

As a school library media specialist who has provided instruction on a variety of levels I have seen the impact of technology on enhancing the delivery of the instructional program as well as on building student self-esteem. I think this perspective may prove valuable in viewing telecommunications as a tool to make learning authentic .

What I hope to learn:

I hope that we can find a mechanism for all schools and homes to be connected via telecommunications so that we can really build a community of learners.
