My experience in this area:

I have been involved in education for over 30 years. For the past twenty years I have participated in policy making as it affects education. I faithfully track legislation at the federal and state levels and work with groups which have public interest agendas.

What I hope to learn:

I expect this seminar to affect FCC rule making is ways that are favorable to education and yet practical in terms of cost.
