Received promotional brochure.

My experience in this area:

The PA Rural Development Council is managing a major ($535K) rural telecommunications planning project for Pennsylvania. The issues addressed inthis seminar are essential to the future of rural Pennsylvania and rural America. The Council has filed comments on universal service with the FCC and has been working with our state public service commission.

What I hope to learn:

To become better informed about issues related to universal service and strategies for assuring equity for rural communities.
