I am an attorney who specializes in Education Law -- all issues related to how law applies to and is used by public and private schools in California;

What I hope to learn:

Learn more about the Universal Service Provisons of the Telecom Act, and how other attorneys, administrators, and school districts approach internet access -- how they use it and/or plan to use it.
