My background largely involves rural education issues. The Federal Act is very important to all rural endeavors.

What I hope to learn:

My primary goal is to learn how I might help my region gain better access to advanced services. My secondary goal is to become more fully versed on the Act to enable me to be a better member of the Montana Governor's Blue Ribbon Telecommunications Task Force
