From a listserv (AFAS-L) , the targeted audience are Black Librarians.

My experience in this area:

I have been a Librarian since 1979. Most of my work experience has been at Miami Dade Communuity College, one of the largest in the country. Also, I am very active with the Freenet in my community. Also, as a African American I feel it is important we are included in the discussion before policy is made.

What I hope to learn:

Learn more about the subject and how I can possibly transmit this information to management in my instutution. We have a very ethnic diverse student population.
