My experience in this area:

I can bring a unique perspective because of my knowledge of the imact of telecommunications access for kids with disabilities in the classroom. I think this is an important consideration in this discussion and one that may not yet have been tackled.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to assure that the needs of children with disabilites are taken into account as the FCC rulemaking proceeds.
