My experience in this area:

Former Exec. Dir. for Technology Planning and Research, currently educational technology planning consultant. These experiences give me an insight into the current status of many schools around the country and many of the creative ideas they generate in moving forward with technology in support of teaching and learning. Additionally, as a formere marketing and support director for educational software companies, I know how they operate and how schools can build partnerships with businesses and foundations.

What I hope to learn:

I want to expand my knowledge of ideas generated by creative, technology-using educators. Additionally, I want to maintain a leading-edge influence on lawmakers whose activities can either obstruct or support the learning needs of children with diverse backgrounds and opportunities.
