My experience in this area:

I am senior staff support to a newly created public/private sector information resouces planning initiative called the Information Resources Council. The implications of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 will be critical to the Council's undertakenings.

What I hope to learn:

Increased knowledge and understanding of the short and long-term implications of the Act. I would also like to more fully understand what advocacy role the Council might take, if any, with the State PUC on matters of importance to our citzenry.
