As a elementary librarian, I see the necessity for providing students proper training and usage of the internet beginning on the elementary school level. This form of communication is geared to life long learning, which is one of our goal ,in education.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to become more informed about the Telecommunication Act of 1996 and learn how it can help meet the need of our students.I
