My experience in this area:

I form part of AUSTEL's (The Australian Telecommunications Authority) Universal Service Obligation section. I am a research officer in this area. My particular area of interest within this field is: costing methods used in determining USO. I can contribute the Australian perspective on this widely-discussed subject.

What I hope to learn:

Other peoples' views and ideas are always a good form of information and a good basis for discussion. This seminar is a useful way of fleshing out concepts.
