How I heard about Network Democracy:

I heard of the seminar via an Adult Education listserv.

My experience in this area:

I am the designer and instructor for a program to teach "Workplace Know-How Skills" to prepare adults for employment. The majority of my clients are visually impaired. Access to the internet, email etc. is vital to remaining "in the ballpark" of able to be productive in today's workplace. My specialty is workplace literacy. Is not ability to access to the internet fast becoming (or already is) a part of being workplace literate!

What I hope to learn:

I hope to gain new insights as to how to use the internet to increase my students (and my own) learning opportunities. I also hope to be able to share some insight about how planning ahead is such a necessary part of including those differently able in our ability to access this wealth of information.
