I work with the CPB/WGBH National Center for Accessible Media, a non-profit organization dedicated to making public media accessible to all citizens. The FCC's NOI regarding captioning and video description was announced by Reed Hundt at a symposium on captioning that we helped organize.

What I hope to learn:

I'd like to get insight into educator's concerns and how they are approaching telecommunication issues in schools.
