How I heard about Network Democracy:

A co-worker gave me a message that was posted on the US Dept. of Education's list serve.

My experience in this area:

I am a lobbyist for the Wisconsin Association of School Boards and have spent the last two years lobbying on the Universal Service Fund Administrative rules for Wisconsin. As you know, Cheryl Parrino, the Chairman of Wisconsin's Public Service Commission is the head of the National Utility Regulator's Organization and will be influential in writing these rules. I have first hand knowledge and experience with the arguments that she made in establishing Wisconsin's rules.

What I hope to learn:

I want to learn more about the issues of Universal Service so that we can further improve Wisconsi's horrible Universal Service Fund rules.
