Got a press release from BellSouth.

My experience in this area:

Since I am a reporter who will write a story on this seminar, I intend to mostly observe, and not participate all that much. But perhaps I will submit a question or observation now and then. My background: I cover the FCC, and have written some stories on the upcoming universal service reform.

What I hope to learn:

I want to learn more about what local education officials think about universal service. Hopefully it also will turn into a story for my publication.
