My experience in this area:

I was a participant in BOTH Secretary Riley's Conferences on Ed Tech and Telecommunications. I have been activly using the Internet for 6 years. I teach technology classes at the local university. My doctoral Minor is in the area of educational technology. AAll of these perspectives will provide solid practical, theoretical and functional comments related to spending and appropriations for technology.

What I hope to learn:

How to better manage the limited number of dollars and resources that we have for technology.
