How I heard about Network Democracy:

I recently heard about the Universal Service during a graduate level education class at Old Dominion University.

My experience in this area:

Having recently upgraded my home computer and teaching upper level mathematics classes at the high school level I feel that I have practical knowledge that will be of benefit to the world of technology.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to gain insight on how the Telecommunications Act of 1996 will affect education. I also hope to be able to have input on how the one billion dollars is spent.
