My experience in this area:

I have worked in the field of journalism and more recently in education. I have taught minority students in several areas where technology has been limited. The impact of technology cannot be imagined without the viewpoint of a teacher or students. Also, the current infrastructure in many schools is not prepared for further technology and that issue also needs to be considered.

What I hope to learn:

My main goal is to gain more insight into the goals of the nation. I am in a very remote and impoverished area, and national discussion is often lost amid the realities of day-to-day survival.
