Word of mouth from peer consultants.

My experience in this area:

I have taught numerous graduate courses over the last few years in the area of telecommunications/Internet and education. I work as a regional educational consultant to 23 school districts and a diverse background in the area of telecommunications and how it impacts and is impacted by the educatonal process

What I hope to learn:

Hope to gain the big picture of how this legislation will ultimately impact education and what promise it actually brings to the arena. I hope to bring the perspective of one actually working in the trenches of education to the discussion.
