My experience in this area:

I have over 20 years experience in the technologies and practices of telecommunications and broadcasting. My activities have often brought me up against policy and regulatory constraints, and I believe my knowledge of the technical possibilities contrasted with the service and policy definitions can help guide flexible recommendations with a capacity for evolution and growth.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to broaden my knowledge of the reality in the trenches in geographic areas other than my own, and learn more about the background and current state of the regulatory world.
