My experience in this area:

Among my responsibilities for the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners is the administration of state support for library resource sharing and telecommunications. My constituents have a major stake in future telecommunications rates.

What I hope to learn:

I'd like to know how counterparts in other states are working with state regulators and with the FCC to get the best deal possible for libraries.
