My experience in this area:

I am the owner of a computer consulting business. We aim to focus our business on schools in the near future, so we are very interested in disseminating information for educators that will help them plan, train, and fund multiple areas of emerging computer technology for education.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to gain specific resources and procedures for gaining technology funding for schools. I also want to emphasize the far too often overlooked aspect of teacher training for the emerging technologies. Schools can possibly wasted thousands upon thousands of dollars on new technology if their teachers are not trained in the best use of the the hardware and software.
