My experience in this area:

I am the manager of telecommunications for our system of colleges. I participate on State level boards to establish a state of Colorado Network plan.

What I hope to learn:

How Higher can be included in the definition of education in the act. As a community college we serve rual parts of Colorado, obtaining affordable service to these locations is a major problem for us. Universal service could help solve some of our access problems.
