How I heard about Network Democracy:

An announcement was made on the WIPK12 mailing list, run by our state department of public instruction.

My experience in this area:

I've been teaching English and German in Milwaukee since 1967. Since 1987 I've been helping my students get involved in email exchanges and publishing their writing online.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to learn about how the 1996 telecommunications law will affect us in public education, and also get some ideas about how the Internet is being used and/or could be used to enhance the curriculum.
