A message regarding the seminar was posted on the AECT (Asssociation for Educational Communications and Technology) listserve.

My experience in this area:

???? I have twenty plus years in operating my institutions cable television station. I was a member of the county's educational advisory committee that help write the orginal franchise document. I have a sense of histroy about the process.

What I hope to learn:

My responsiblity includes the management of my colleges cable television channels. We have depended heavily on required contributions from cable companies for our some of our operating revinue. I want to learn what the new law requires and what it dosen't. Beyond the practical, the regulation of telecommunications is a presonnel and professional interest. I can't learn enough.
