Through a friend who is a computer and internet buff.

My experience in this area:

I'm a practicing school librarian who is hooked up to the internet for students to use as a research tool.

What I hope to learn:

To receive information pertaining to the financing of school media centers for telecommunications. I also serve on our school's technology committee and hopefully there will be information here that I can pass on.
